Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team in the Huntsville area. This role involves providing outpatient therapy, primarily at two Assisted/Independent living facilities, serving the geriatric population. The position offers a minimum of 30 hours per week with the potential for up to 40 hours, emphasizing a commitment to quality care.

Quick Glance:

• Full-Time Commitment: Minimum of 30 hours per week required; 40 hours available.
• Availability: Regular and consistent weekly availability required, including 4 weekdays. We cannot accommodate candidates who are only available nights and weekends.
• Direct Patient Care: Focus on outpatient therapy for older adults, billed as Medicare Part B.
• Flexible Schedule: Tailor your hours to fit your preferences.

Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver community-based outpatient services (Medicare Part B) in homes and Senior Living Communities.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary therapy team to treat a well-balanced mix of patients.
• Implement evidence-based practices to enhance patient compliance and outcomes.
• Enjoy autonomy and independence in treatment methods.
