Required Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field. PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management with a focus on HRIS or related systems. Proven experience managing complex technical projects and working with HR departments.
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, ADP), project management tools (e.g., Jira), and basic knowledge of databases and integration technologies.
