Job Description:
Position: Business Analyst with Middle Office
Location: New York, NY ( Onsite)
As a Business Analyst with Middle Office experience, you will play a critical role in analyzing, improving, and implementing middle office operations. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including front office, back office, and IT teams, to ensure efficient and effective processes and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for middle office processes and systems.
- Process Improvement: Analyze existing processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Data Analysis: Perform data analysis to support decision-making and provide insights into middle office operations.
- System Implementation: Assist in the implementation of new systems and tools to enhance middle office functions.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between business units, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and clear communication.
- Project Management: Manage projects related to middle office initiatives, including timelines, deliverables, and resources.
- Workflow Automation: Identify opportunities for automating middle office processes to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
- Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of processes, systems, and project status.
