Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Product Development Manager to lead the transformation of concepts into market-ready products. This role demands a visionary leader with a robust background in business development, IT applications, and software development. You will collaborate with our development, marketing, and sales teams to create and promote compelling products that meet market needs and drive business growth.


Key Responsibilities:


Concept to Product Conversion:

  • Lead the ideation process, transforming innovative concepts into tangible products.
  • Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and market demands.


Business Development:

  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand product offerings.
  • Develop strategic plans to enhance market presence and drive revenue growth.


IT Applications and Software Development:

  • Oversee the development and implementation of IT applications and software products.
  • Ensure product development aligns with the latest technological advancements and industry standards.


Marketing Solutions Creation:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Craft compelling product narratives and value propositions to attract and retain customers.


Sales Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the sales team to develop sales strategies and training programs.
  • Provide support during the sales process, including product demonstrations and addressing customer inquiries.


Team Collaboration:

  • Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration between development, marketing, and sales.
  • Ensure clear communication and coordination throughout the product development lifecycle.


Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in product development, business development, and IT applications/software.
  • Strong ability to convert concepts into market-ready products.
  • Excellent marketing strategy and solution creation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with marketing and sales teams.
  • Effective leadership and project management abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
