Our newly developing Golden Heart Hospice is seeking a caring Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our dedicated team. In this role, the social worker contracted or employed through the organization is responsible for the implementation of standards of care for medical social work services and for adherence to all conditions in the Service or Employment Agreement which include providing care based on the Social Work Practice Act.

Requirements:

Nevada License/Certification

• Must be a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of employment.
• Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state and/or organization requirements and is in good working order.

Minimum Qualifications:

• One year of social work experience in a home health care setting 
  (preferred).
• Medicare home health or hospice experience (preferred).
• Must be capable of making independent decisions relevant to client’s needs.
• Must be capable of prioritizing and handling multiple tasks of critical importance simultaneously.
