Corporate Paralegal

LHH Recruitment Solutions is in partnership with a company in Bristol, CT and seeking an experienced Corporate Paralegal to join their team. This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities:

• Assist counsel with the drafting, reviewing and redlining of agreements
• Draft certificates, operating agreements, resolutions, and corporate governance documentation.
• Draft, file and manage various business entity documents for LLCs and partnerships
• UCC filings and searches
• Assist with Section 16 Filings
• Assist with annual proxy filing
• Draft meeting minutes
• Complete other tasks are necessary

Qualifications:

• Associates degree and Paralegal certificate is preferred. Any combination of experience and education will be considered.
• 8+ years of experience in corporate governance and securities compliance
• Self-starter who is adept at working in a true team environment
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail
• Great written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Salary: 75k-95k+ dependent on experience
