In this role, you'll work as a galvanized member of an elite team of security operators protecting some of our nation's most critical assets. You will be part of the comprehensive security solution to protect ours and visiting nations' diplomats across multiple locations in the United States.We offer a full range of benefits:Competitive pay starting at $24.81 an hour plus an additional $5.50 an hour for health benefitsMedical, Dental, Vision PlanPaid Time OffRecognition and Reward ProgramsTraining and Career DevelopmentLocation: Hot Springs, ARSpecific Requirements:Be a minimum of 21 years of ageMust be a citizen of the United StatesPossess a high school diploma or GED equivalentAbility to obtain and maintain a Secret clearanceFluent in both the written and spoken English languagePossess a valid United States driver's licensePossess a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution and have the knowledge, skill and abilities for employment under this contract, ORPossess an Associate's degree in criminal justice or security related field from an accredited institution and worked at least one (1) year in the security field and have the knowledge, skill, and abilities for employment under this contract, ORPossess a minimum of three (3) years of military experience, with minimum E-4 rank and honorable discharge, ORPossess two (2) year of law enforcement, or armed commercial guard force experience providing armed protective services that require skills similar to those identified in the guard training courses ORPossess a minimum of five (5) years of current unarmed commercial guard force experienceWork Environment and Schedule: Job operates in client sites which could be indoors or outdoors. Position requires prolonged standing and walking, in the performance of daily security activities. Open availability Nights, Weekends, Holidays and overtime as directed (overtime occurs). Work various shifts and Holidays as assigned. Must maintain flexibility regarding job assignments and locations.
