TDR Technicians

Location: Cleveland, Tennessee

Pay: $20-$23/hr

Duration: 8+ month contract with overtime

Openings: 4

These 4 technicians will be assisting in the deployments of equipment for a newly acquired hospital. They will need to have the technical background and fit in culturally to hit the ground running and be successful in this position. This team will collaborate with area directors and engineers often, to ensure that equipment gets integrated properly. Closer to Go- Live, these individuals will follow a checklist to make sure that the hardware is compatible with EPIC standards

Technical Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience working within desktop/help desk technician support
• Experience working hands on with a high volume of desktop equipment
• Exposure and understanding of end-point networking
• Strong communication skills and has worked in a fast paced environment
• Healthcare experience is a strong nice to have

Other Requirements

• Valid Driver's License and Vehicle
• Standard Compliance On-Boarding Process - Background, Drug, COVID Vaccine (if they do not have one, they need to have a signed declination to have on file)
• On-site 5 days a week - 8am-5pm work schedule with flexible hours/OT as needed
