The Bayshore on HHI is recruiting for a hospitality focused med aide to join our team We are looking for a FULL-TIME Med Tech with a passion for serving seniors to work on our night shift from 7p-7a. This is an exciting opportunity to work full time on our nursing team, and help care for a special group of residents at The Bayshore on HHI

Hourly wage starting at $19+/hr.

This position provides direct nursing care to residents and delegates and supervises the care provided by our Quality of Life Specialists/Resident Assistants.

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Med Aide:
Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL), family/social activities and actively promote independent life-style of residents.
Responsible for identification of resident medical and behavioral changes and the development and monitoring of care plans and re-assessment of each resident.
Provide daily report to the Director of Health Services concerning community conditions, personnel performance, resident conditions, and needs for nursing supplies.
Provide nursing care according to physician’s orders and in conformance with recognized nursing practice, established standards, and administrative policies.
Ensure preventative, therapeutic and rehabilitative services to residents and assists in the coordination of nursing care with care rendered by other disciplines.
Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:
Med aide certification or similar experience
Willingness to be available for any/all emergencies regarding the community
