Associate BankerYou are customer focused, enjoy building relationships and providing financial advice to your clients. In this role as an Associate Banker, you will work both independently and as part of a team to introduce our comprehensive solutions to clients. As a Banker Associate you are responsible for helping bankers cover new prospects, deepen existing client relationships, complete portfolio reviews, build market share and manage internal and external client dialogue.As a Banker Associate in Middle Market Banking and Specialized Industries, you will work both independently and as part of a team to introduce our comprehensive solutions to clients. You will be responsible for helping bankers cover new prospects, deepen existing client relationships, complete portfolio reviews, build market share and manage internal and external client dialogue. You will have the opportunity to work closely with product partners, Corporate Client Banking, Global Corporate Banking, and Core, exhibiting a strong interest in cross border businesses, cultural sensitivity, a commitment to teamwork and partnership, and exceptional work ethic and attention to detail.Job Responsibilities:Champion a culture of innovation and a customer centric mindsetStay up-to-date with industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation or strategic partnershipsFind ways to propel new client acquisition in partnership with the bankersEmbrace a culture of respect, diversity and inclusionRequired Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:3+ years in a similar banking, venture, credit or treasury roleOutstanding professional reputation and integrityStrong leadership skills requiredDemonstrated ability to develop and retain new and profitable relationshipsAbility to assess risks inherent in complex credit transactions and mitigate, structure and negotiate accordinglyExtensive knowledge of products and servicesFINRA Series 79, 63 and Securities Industry Essentials licenses required or must obtain within 180 days of hirePreferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:Bachelor's degree preferredSuperior knowledge of the market dynamics and its business environment preferredExcellent problem solving, oral, and written communication skillsThis role is not eligible for employer sponsored immigration support of any kind.
