Position: Brand Ambassador

Targeted Start: ASAP– anticipated duration of this project is 2-3 months with likely extensions. However, there is no guarantee of employment for any length of time.

Pay: $24/hour

Hours: Options for full-time or part-time

*Would be hired on for one of the following:

  • (40 hours/week)
  • time (35 hours/week)
  • time (30 hours/week)
  • time (25 hours/week)
  • time (20 hours/week)

Shifts: Facility is open 7 days a week, shifts will be between 10am - 8pm (days + shifts based on candidate's availability)

  • a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
  • a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
  • p.m. – 8:00 p.m.


ABOUT THE ROLE:

As the Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of the AI shopping tool and be the first impression for our brand and the stores we represent.

ABOUT THE JOB:

  • with customers as they enter the store; demonstrate how the products work and encourage usage.
  • customers throughout their end-to-end experience to ensure their journey is smooth and seamless from onboarding, to adding their first items, to completion of checkout.
  • as the go-to resource for all customer and store team needs by resolving customer issues as they arise.
  • feedback from customers and reporting on their experience

ABOUT YOU:

  • personable, able to build lasting relationships with customers and store staff.
  • to go out of your way to help the customer, to provide exceptional customer service in order to drive usage and ensure the customer is satisfied.
  • to think on your feet and problem-solve on the spot as issues arise.
  • sales-driven, and willing to grow at a small technology start-up.
  • in technology and how technology shapes the retail landscape.
  • Any previous working experience as an on-site promoter, or in retail, hospitality
