Warehouse SupervisorGrow with a growing team Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for warehouse operations and team development? We're seeking a high-performing Warehouse Supervisor to oversee order processing and warehousing activities within a fast-paced distribution environment. Hours: 2pm-11pm Monday-FridayKey Responsibilities:Lead and supervise a team of hourly employees, including department leads.Oversee daily work including order processing, quality control, logistics coordination, and end-of-day facility closure.Ensure safety protocols are followed and enforced daily.Oversee all facets of wire handling operations.Collaborate with logistics team to ensure accurate and efficient truck loading.Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on process efficiency, accuracy and productivity.Serve as the primary point of contact for operation and personnel issues within your team.Collaborate with departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.Coach, mentor and provide feedback, to support the development and improvement of employees. Liaison with HR for escalated performance matters, etc.Maintain warehouse facility standards by ensuring organization, cleanliness and compliance with company policies.All other duties as assigned.Competencies:Punctual - Arrives on time daily and ready to work assigned shift, and able to manage own timeInitiative - Timely action to address day-to-day issues and obstaclesJudgment - Sound judgment to effectively solve problemsCollaborative - Works well with others to meet the needs of the organizationOrganized and Detailed Orientation - Able to keep track of projects and tasksRequirements, Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business or operations preferredMinimum 3 years of warehouse operations experienceMinimum 2 years of supervisory or team leader experience requiredProven ability to set clear performance expectations, hold regular progress check-ins, and deliver constructive evaluationsStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsDemonstrated commitment to safety, customer service, and operational excellenceProficiency with warehouse systems and Microsoft Office tools
