Production Technician

Must Haves:
Minimum 1-3 years of manufacturing/production experience
Comfortable working in a facility/plant
Able to lift to 15-25 pounds
Able to pass a drug test/background check
5 days a week onsite
Able to practice safety protocols
Day-To-Day:
- Operate and supervise machinery during shift
- set up the production run on the distributive control system, complete prestart up equipment checks, operate equipment, monitor operation during production
- What Specific equipment will they be working on?
- complete pre start-up equipment checks, operate equipment, monitor equipment during production
- Load tank trucks – spot trucks, check paperwork
- Load totes and drums – load totes or drums, make hose connections
- Communicate with other operators, maintenance employees, and supervisors as needed to perform job tasks correctly.
- Perform shift turnover, including talking with incoming or outgoing operators, checking valves and equipment to ensure proper working order and position.
Compensation:
$20/hr to $25/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
