Civil Project Manager / Sr. Project EngineerWe are seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager / Sr. Project Engineer to oversee operations at a stormwater treatment facility in Everett. This role involves managing multiple earthwork and utility crews, coordinating with general contractors and subcontractors, and ensuring work aligns with project schedules and quality standards. Responsibilities include handling RFIs, submittals, cost impacts, and complex tasks such as HDPE piping spool drawings and shoring designs.ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day operations of multiple earthwork and underground utility crewsCoordinate with general contractors and subcontractors to maintain project timelinesReview schedules, oversee submittals, and track RFIsIdentify scope changes and estimate cost and schedule impacts accuratelyHandle complex tasks such as HDPE piping spool drawings and shoring designsEssential SkillsMinimum 5 years of experience managing civil construction projectsStrong knowledge of stormwater systems, piping, and shoringProven ability to manage crews and coordinate with multiple stakeholdersExperience with RFIs, submittals, and cost impact analysisAdditional Skills & QualificationsExperience working with stormwater treatment facilities preferredFamiliarity with project management tools such as Primavera, Bluebeam, and ProcoreAbility to lead teams and communicate effectively with contractors and inspectorsEmployee Value PropositionFamily-oriented cultureConsistent workload with multiple ongoing projectsGrowth potential and opportunity to influence company strategyWork closely with ownership and sr. management to shape organizational directionWork EnvironmentPrimarily onsite at stormwater treatment facility in Everett (5 days/week)Occasional commute to office in Sumner as neededWe reserve the right to pay above or below the posted wage based on factors unrelated to sex, race, or any other protected classification.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. PM 10 days PTO, PE 5 days PTO get 7 paid holidays in addition to PTO.
