Spokane, United States Provider Solutions & Development Full time

Providence Medical Group is seeking a full-time Orthopedic Surgeon who is either board eligible / board certified in Foot & Ankle, or Sports Medicine with an interest in Trauma. The candidate will join a well-established, multispecialty trauma team in the beautiful community of Spokane, Washington. This is an exciting growth opportunity to join a large, 700-bed level II trauma center as part of a robust and multispecialty trauma group that will support and mentor new physicians. Here, depending on your specialty, you will experience a full array of foot and ankle surgery cases or sports surgery cases including complex multi-ligamentous knee reconstruction with potential of distal femoral or proximal tibial allografts. Ideal candidates will have experience in a high-acuity trauma setting while being eager to work on challenging cases in a team-oriented environment.   • Expected to take 6 trauma calls per month, weekends are divided up, guaranteed post call trauma rooms
  • Work with a highly supportive and collegial group of 5 fellowship-trained trauma surgeons who possess subspecialty training and are willing to mentor
  • Experience a full array of foot and ankle, or sports surgery cases
  • Be part of a large state-of-the-art level II trauma center
  • Research opportunities are available, but not required
  • Academic involvement with medical students, PA students, and family medicine residents
  • Must have Foot & Ankle, or Sports Medicine fellowship training, or currently be in fellowship
  • Must have experience with high-acuity trauma
  • New graduates are welcome to apply
  • Compensation is between $604,296 and $851,141 per year
  • The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted above.
