Summary
This role will primarily focus on supporting United Wheels DTC e-commerce websites.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
- Understanding of eCommerce platforms like Adobe Commerce (formerly Magento.) and WordPress.
- Administers and oversees daily operation of all organizational customer-facing websites.
- Update product information, pricing, and availability regularly.
- Coordinate with marketing, design, and development teams to ensure cohesive and effective content presentation.
- Implement SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to align content strategies with business goals.
- Work with UX/UI designers to create user-friendly and visually appealing web pages.
- Manage product categorization and tagging for improved site navigation and search functionality.
- Support various digital marketing, couponing or related promotional activities.
- Troubleshoot and test (UAT) end-to-end web functionalities.
- Other duties may be assigned.

Education and/or Experience
Associate degree in a related field in Computer Science, eCommerce, Digital Communication or equivalent experience with 2 years of professional experience in web administration, Content Management Systems (CMS Administration), HTML, CSS, and basic web design principles. Experience creating and maintaining websites built in Adobe Commerce (Magento) and WordPress.
