We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Manager to lead our customer-facing initiatives while leveraging expertise in Treasury finance. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in program management, exceptional communication skills, and a comprehensive understanding of financial principles, particularly in treasury operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring the alignment of our financial strategies with customer needs and organizational goals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Leadership:
  • Develop and execute program strategies that align with business objectives and customer requirements.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication among stakeholders.
  • Customer Engagement:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships to understand their needs and expectations.
  • Conduct regular meetings and presentations to update clients on program progress and address any concerns.
  • Financial Oversight:
  • Utilize Treasury knowledge to oversee financial operations related to cash management, liquidity, and risk assessment.
  • Collaborate with finance teams to develop budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
  • Risk Management:
  • Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Performance Monitoring:
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program success and drive continuous improvement.
  • Prepare and present reports to senior management on program status, financial performance, and client satisfaction.
  • Team Development:
  • Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence.
  • Facilitate training sessions to enhance team knowledge in both program management and treasury finance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in program management, preferably in a customer-facing role.
  • Strong knowledge of Treasury functions, including cash management, investments, and risk management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on results-driven outcomes.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in financial technology (FinTech) or banking sectors.
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks governing treasury operations.
  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
