The successful candidate will help grow the customer (adjuster) base within their area, and ensure that our retention remains high. The candidate will know how to engage directly with our outside customers, as well as Enservio's internal teams. Previous experience in property insurance is a plus but not a requirement as the higher priority is demonstrated success in reaching sales and revenue goals.Goals:Responsible for revenue growth within an assigned territoryIncrease frequency of use from the adjusters within an assigned territoryIncrease adjuster retention within an assigned territoryResponsibilities:Act as the primary point of contact for adjusters within an assigned territoryBuild meaningful and trusted relationships with adjustersProvide exceptional customer service experienceWin new assignments (claims) from adjustersResponsible for post-claim follow-up and adhering to Enservio's Cadence processManage the intake and delivery processWork collaboratively with the Account Team for account planning, program implementations and advancing the Account Team strategySet proper expectations on process and service levels with customers and internal Operations TeamWhat You'll Bring:Proven track record of successfully attaining sales and revenue goals in a fast paced environmentEmpathetic personality and a strong customer orientationAbility to advocate for both the customer and the companyAbility to respond to and resolve problems quicklyDriven team player with strong work ethicAbility to prioritize and multitaskStrong communication skills written and verbal; both externally and internally5+ years of Sales and Service experienceBachelor's Degree preferredKnowledge of the insurance industry a plusAbility to work in the Canton, MA office daily preferred.It is impossible to list every requirement for, or responsibility of, any position.
