This position is an important role to our teams and provides the opportunity to make an impact to those around you each and every day.Choosing to work with us, means you:Are doing something of value for the world.Want to make a meaningful difference.Are looking for a job that helps others directly.Want to serve your neighbors.Want to have a positive impact on someone.Want to leave the world a little better than when you found it.Changing Lives is Life Changing Check out this video, to see the impact you can makeCaregiver responsibilities may include:Assist residents to reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence while assisting them with personal care and daily living activities.Take and record temperature, blood pressure, weight, pulse and respiration as instructed.Document services performed.Observe and report any changes in physical and emotional condition of residents.Assist residents with personal care which may include the following: shampooing of hair, assist with showering/bathing, incontinence management, transferring assistance and medication administration.Communicates and interacts in a professional, respectful, and kind manner.Ability to communicate and assist residents with dementia or related diagnosis.Perform additional tasks as needed.Qualifications:No experience necessary.
