Contents TechnicianReporting to the Contents Manager, the Contents Technician will work alongside other team members as well as individually in processing personal property (contents) in residential and commercial settings.Responsibilities:Packing, moving, and storing contentMoving, unpacking, and resetting homesRestoration of content affected by fire, smoke, odor, sewer, water, and moldEnsure customer service is upheld to the highest standard at all timesOngoing communications relating to the content departmentEnsure quality assurance procedures and protocols are met at all timesExperience & Education:Restoration/construction experience a plus, but not requiredHigh school diploma or equivalentFirst Onsite provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws.
