Electrical Designer (Level III)To assist in the design and drafting of various commercial projects.Required:7+ years' experience in electrical designProficient in AutoCAD, Revit and MS OfficeWorking knowledge of the NEC, IBC, IECC, NFPA, IESNA and other appropriate codes and standardsAbility to identify and correctly respond to project needsAdhere to project schedules, budgets and scope of workEffective oral and written communication skillsEffectively work with clients, owners, contractors, and all team membersMaintain a positive and professional work environmentJob Responsibilities:Provide support to engineers on an as-requested basis.Independently perform technical drafting and design in REVIT and AutoCAD as assigned.Complete complex projects from start to finish including floor plans, details, schedules and specifications within the allotted time schedule as required to meet project deadlines.Review the work of Design Level I & II individuals and assist with training and mentoring of junior staff.Perform a variety of related office or field tasks to gather, tabulate, calculate, analyze, interpret, and record data as needed for completion of construction documents and reports related to projects independently.Perform related duties as assigned to include complete and thorough review of completed work prior to review by senior staff and submission to client. This shall include reviewing and overseeing the work of junior staff when requested.Salary Range:$75k/yr. - $85k/yr. DOE
