You enjoy playing a central role in customer care by bringing superior organizational skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude to everything you do.In this role, you willYou develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, vendors and contractors.You respond in a timely manner to tenants' needs to meet lease obligations.You support senior management by preparing regular ownership reports, budgets and other reports as assigned.You successfully manage all administrative tasks, including work orders, service requests, rent and expense payments, property maintenance and vendor compliance requirements.Financial experience; accruals and reconciliationsExperience with contract and leasing agreements.What you'll bring2+ years' experience in real estate, commercial preferred.Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel)Familiarity with real estate software such as Yardi, MRI, etc.Area/Location Specific: Ontario, CAApproximate Hourly Range for this Role: $26.44/hour to $31.25/hourOur hourly ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
