Job Summary


The Operations Analyst will ensure ISO (Independent Sales Organization) standards are met/ exceeded. This position will be responsible for leading and improving all aspects of the organization; this includes PayArc’s systems, processes, customer specifications, and more. The ideal candidate has a desire to make an impact professionally and is self-motivated/goal oriented.


Responsibilities & Duties


  • Calculate, examine and oversee residual payments.
  • Responsible for applying strong analytical skills and job knowledge to provide support and guidance to internal stakeholders and external partners on residual payment inquiries and issues.
  • Ability to articulate how residual payments are calculated to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure billing accuracy, propose, and implement billing system enhancements or upgrades to meet evolving business needs.
  • Apply knowledge to develop formulas to support customer billing based on department goals.
  • Work cross departmentally to understand, create, and maintain company-wide policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards, implementing version control, and providing support for training and implementation.
  • Strong understanding of Payarc’s business needs to understand purpose and concept to challenge departments to streamline, automate, and improve processes and procedures
  • Perform other duties assigned and provide operational support for ad-hoc projects as needed

  • Judgment and resourcefulness to solve problems independently


Qualifications / Experience Required


  • 2-3 years of analytical experience
  • Experience with various computer skills: Microsoft Access, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet savvy
  • Ability to become and remain proficient in all programs necessary to perform the everyday duties
  • Payment processing experience is preferred
  • Possess knowledge of the acquiring business with respect to industry trends, business risk factors, and other operational procedures associated with booking merchants
