Planner Scheduler


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinating and organizing tasks, resources, and timelines effectively.
  • Facilitating collaboration between teams, managing schedules, and ensuring proper resource allocation for project objectives and timelines.
  • Maintaining detailed project plans, including tasks, timelines, dependencies, and resource requirements, to align with deadlines.
  • Communicating professionally with customers through email and virtual meetings, providing order and pricing confirmations, deliverable updates, and other necessary information.
  • Keeping the site production schedule and corresponding orders updated in the ERP system.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure efficient allocation of personnel, equipment, and resources based on business needs.
  • Identifying and mitigating potential risks or obstacles that may impact timelines, volumes, or quality.
  • Working closely with the Product Manager and commercial team to align production schedules with forecasts and provide timely updates.
  • Coordinating with Operations to ensure availability of raw materials based on current and anticipated orders.
  • Maintaining organized electronic and physical files, updating information, archiving files, and creating new filing systems as needed.
  • Contributing to On-Time Delivery objectives for the site.
  • Following all safety protocols and maintaining a clean and organized work area.
  • Performing other duties as necessary.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in project management, coordination, planning, scheduling, or similar responsibilities.
  • Proven experience in planning, scheduling, or coordination, preferably in a relevant industry.
  • Self-motivated, hardworking, and willing to exceed minimum requirements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft® Office suite, Adobe Acrobat, and other office and scientific software.
  • Ability to graph or track data from manufacturing procedures.
  • Experience with project management software, such as Microsoft Project, is a plus.
  • Efficient computer skills and ability to learn additional programs as necessary.


EDUCATION

  • B.S. or B.A. degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related discipline.
