Longwood Manor Convalescent Hospital

We are seeking a highly skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with experience in sub-acute care to join our team at Longwood Manor Convalescent Hospital.

$20-$23 per hour, depending on location, work schedule, and qualifications.

• Provide personal care for residents under the supervision of licensed nurses, including assistance with daily living activities, such as dressing, bathing, grooming, dining, and recreational activities.
• Organize unit operations to ensure efficient care delivery and maintain a clean environment.
• Respond to resident needs promptly and document rounds, reporting any changes or concerns.

• Active CNA certification with successful completion of a CNA program.
• Minimum one year of sub-acute experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fully vaccinated against COVID-19, including booster shots.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Prior experience working in a long-term care setting.
• Ability to lift and move patients safely, with or without accommodations.
