## Overview We are seeking a dedicated Speech Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care, particularly in pediatrics, and possess knowledge of medical terminology and critical care settings. ## Responsibilities - Conduct speech and language assessments to determine patient needs - Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients - Provide therapy services to patients in a clinic or inpatient setting - Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care - Maintain detailed patient records and documentation - Participate in case management meetings to review patient progress - Conduct patient assessments and contribute to Individualized Education Programs (IEP) ## Experience - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field - State licensure as a Speech Therapist - Experience working with pediatric patients is preferred - Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology related to speech therapy - Ability to perform patient assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans - Familiarity with case management practices in a healthcare setting
