Position Overview for the PeopleSoft Developer:

  • Create and implement new applications.
  • Optimize internet/intranet solutions that are already existing.
  • Continually analyze the application system to find areas of improvement.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve issues with applications.
  • Work effectively with technical and user teams.


Required Skills for the PeopleSoft Developer:

  • 4+ years of experience developing/programming in PeopleSoft.
  • Prior experience with PeopleSoft 9.x, 8.5x OR an equivalent ERP System.
  • Strong experience with tools such as: PeopleCode, SQL, SQR, Java Script etc..
  • Firm understanding of the software Development Life Cycle.
