The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating marketing content and distributing it effectively. You will help us create a strong brand presence with innovative promotional offerings, online and offline marketing campaigns, and marketing events. You will collaborate with the sales team to ensure that your marketing efforts support their sales efforts. Finally, your analytical skills will assist you as your monitor and report on the success of your marketing efforts.


Job Purpose

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our team and help us launch our new brand image. As a Marketing Specialist , you will be responsible for supporting the marketing efforts in promoting our company's value proposition in terms of technology, products, system integration, as well as solution packs and Net Zero energy buildings.


Job Duties & Responsibilities

- Conduct market research to identify potential customers, target markets and new solutions.

- Assist with the creation of marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, and videos that align with corporate brand messaging and regional market requirements.

- Help organize and coordinate events such as trade shows, webinars, and product launches.

- Work with the corporate marketing team and other BABG teams to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising.

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.

- Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

- Facilitate key customer engagements for the team through technology workshops, speaking opportunities, roadshows or events.

- Coordination of CRM to optimize pipeline and validate leads for the field teams.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.

• Experience with digital marketing channels such as social media, email marketing, and online advertising.

• Experience with CRM systems and functionality

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
