Insulation Installer - Weekly Pay - Start ASAPLocation: Sioux Falls, SD Pay: $21/hour Hours: Monday-Friday, 6 am- 4 pm Join our team as an Insulation Installer where you will work in commercial buildings installing various types of insulation. This role involves working in attics and small spaces, requiring comfort with ladders, crawling, and working on your hands and knees. Our projects are typically within a 60-mile radius, but occasional travel for larger projects is required. When traveling, accommodations are provided, and a daily per diem for meals is included.Responsibilities:Install insulation in commercial, multi-family, industrial, and residential new build homes.Work efficiently in small and large crews, adapting to the size of the project.Travel with the crew to job sites, ensuring timely arrival and preparation for the day's tasks.Adhere to safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment.Essential Skills:Experience with insulation installation, including batted insulation and spray foam.Comfortable operating a spray gun; experience in automotive or house painting is beneficial.Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for enhanced compensation opportunities.Additional Skills & Qualifications:Preferred: At least 6 months of experience in the construction field.Experience in machine shop or farming is advantageous.Strong work ethic, punctuality, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Why Work Here?We offer a dynamic work environment with opportunities for rapid advancement.
