For information about ABM's benefits, visit ABM Employee Benefits.Basic Qualifications:Must be 18 years of age or olderNo high school diploma, GED or college degree requiredNo experience required and on-the-job-training is providedPreferred Qualifications:One (1) Year of prior customer service or similar experience preferredResponsibilities:Oversee all cashiers to make sure work is completed appropriatelyAccept accountability for cash transactionsAssure all transactions are accounted for correctlyTrain new associates on Point of Sale (POS) systemsCount down cash drawer with previous shift lead present to ensure accurate counts and reportingCheck in with cashiers, no less than once an hour, for drops and change needsProvide customer service and information to patrons and prep for next shift. Including money audits, supply checks, verifying the cashier has all needed paperwork to complete their dutiesEnsure quality service, customer satisfaction, clean facility areas, and a safe work environmentA good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education.
