Position: Process Technician III - Contamination Control & Electrical Specialist

Pay range: $22.91/hour-$28.69/hour

Role Overview:

As a Process Technician III, you'll be instrumental in maintaining contamination control at our state-of-the-art facility in Fairport, NY.

Your primary focus will be on monitoring existing clean spaces, supporting production to minimize contamination, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct various sampling activities per documented procedures, including airborne and surface particulates, organic/inorganic contamination, and ultrapure water contamination.
• Inspect, clean, and test ionizing guns/bars.
• Monitor the power and frequency of ultrasonic/mega sonic units.
• Certification of clean benches, enclosures, etc., as needed.
• Maintain contamination control documentation.
• Assist with calibration of instrumentation.
• Support clean rooms/clean spaces, including garment supply/rotation.
• Conduct cleanroom protocol audits.
• Communicate any non-conforming activities/conditions to the Contamination Control engineer.

Required Qualifications:

• AS or AAS in an applicable field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fundamental knowledge and skills with standard electronic equipment.
• Electrical experience and troubleshooting skills.
