With a diverse team of over 800 professionals working in 13 different offices, it is our passion for our work and our commitment to our purpose that unites us.GPD is currently seeking an Architectural Designer for our Atlanta, GA office location.The ideal candidate will possess:Architectural Designer with 5+ years' experience in the field of commercial architecture with a focus on multi-site, retail or restaurant projects.Experienced in developing construction documents and specifications in the fast paced multi-site industry.Bachelors degree in Architecture required.Revit/BIM experience preferred.Demonstrates a customer service focus.Ability to work within a team environment working with individuals from various offices and in various disciplines.Must possess excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task between projects and priorities at one time.Responsibilities will include:Architectural design and documentation of retail, restaurant, and commercial building design including ground up, tenant fit out, and remodel type projects.Meeting and communicating with project managers daily/weekly.Due diligence, permitting research, submittals, and follow-up.Coordinating with our internal team of architects, mechanical, electrical, structural, and civil engineers.Project Administration.GPD offers a compensation and benefits package which includes:Health InsuranceDental InsuranceLife InsuranceShort Term & Long Term Disability Insurance.Vision Insurance401(k) with matching and company contributionBonusVacation & Sick TimeAnd much moreEqual Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer-M/F/Disabled/VetOur company uses E-Verify to confirm the employment eligibility of all newly hired employees.
