Job Description
Job Title: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Job Specialty: Medical-Surgical

Job Duration: 13 Weeks

Shift: 12-Hour Nights, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Guaranteed Hours: Not specified

Experience: At least 1 year of experience required

License: Oklahoma State License or compact license

Certifications: BLS (AHA), NIH; ACLS (AHA) preferred

Must-Have:
- Ability to work some holidays during the assignment
- Recent experience as a traveler is highly preferred

Job Description:

- Develop and implement comprehensive nursing care plans for patients.
- Conduct assessments and establish nursing diagnoses for effective patient care.
- Provide leadership by collaborating with ancillary nursing staff and other healthcare team members.
- Maintain professional nursing standards in the clinical setting.
- Implement systems for providing care to various patient populations, including infants, children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.
- Submit pertinent work history and skills checklist, current to one year, relevant to the specialty.
- Provide two supervisory reference forms from the last two years.
