Dare to learn new skills, advance in your career and make an impact at Henkel.What youll do:Implement manufacturing processes that enable quality products to be delivered on time at competitive costIdentifies and develops projects with regional management on footprint optimizationLeads and manages a team of engineers to implement projects in the area of responsibilityMonitors KPIs for manufacturing processes with regional operationsLiaise with other stakeholders in order to provide professional support and advicePrioritizes projects specialization, assigns and leverages resources in the area of responsibilityMaintains up-to-date knowledge of technical development and trends in the field of expertiseDefines best practices and standards for all relevant manufacturing technologiesResponsible for the technical management, maintenance and development of new and existing production linesWhat makes you a good fit:5-10 years of experience at a minimum in the automotive industryBachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial of comparable) required. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range.
