Position Overview

Architect Project Manager will oversee the design and construction process of our diverse projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead project teams through all phases of design and construction.
  • Develop detailed drawings from schematic design to construction documents.
  • Coordinate with consultants, clients, vendors, and local governments to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Conduct code research and ensure compliance with local codes, ADA, NFPA, and FBC.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
  • Oversee and review the work of junior architects and designers.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among all project stakeholders.
  • Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • BA or Masters degree in Architecture.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural project management.
  • High proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong knowledge of local building codes, ADA, NFPA, and FBC.
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate project teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
