The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to provide leadership and accountability to team members as well as working directly with senior company stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute the upgrade of SAP ECC systems to SAP S/4HANA, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of existing SAP ECC landscapes to identify potential challenges and develop migration strategies.
  • Design, plan, and manage the migration process, including data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) activities.
  • Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure successful data migration, including data validation, reconciliation, and error resolution.
  • Configure and optimize SAP S/4HANA systems post-migration to align with business processes and performance requirements.
  • Provide technical expertise in SAP S/4HANA, including system architecture, configuration, and integration with other SAP modules and third-party systems.
  • Develop and maintain migration documentation, including technical specifications, data mapping, and testing plans.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve migration-related issues promptly to minimize downtime and impact on business operations.
  • Conduct post-migration validation and testing to ensure data integrity and system functionality.
  • Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders to facilitate a smooth transition to SAP S/4HANA.
  • Stay updated with the latest SAP S/4HANA features, best practices, and industry trends to continuously improve migration processes.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA migration projects.
  • 3+ years of experience in SAP FI/CO configuration with strong knowledge of FI/CO processes.
  • Experience with cloud-based SAP environments (e.g., SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Azure).
  • Experience with computerized accounting, project management systems, and relational data concepts.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively communicate potential risks or issues.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with SAP FICO including Workflow, MM, SD, Project Systems, master data and configuration models like Asset Accounting(AA), Controlling (CO), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), and General Ledger (GL).
  • Knowledge of SAP Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM) and banking interfaces (e.g., IHC, BCM, EBS, DMEE).
  • Experience with Month-End and Year-End FICO processes.
  • SAP Certified Specialist
  • Knowledge of SAP Fiori and SAP Activate methodology.
  • Familiarity with Agile project management principles.
