Summary:

The Program Manager V will oversee a variety of business-critical projects in the Generative AI space. This role requires operational excellence, stakeholder management, and the ability to thrive in an environment of ambiguity. The successful candidate will coordinate activities across multiple projects, ensuring timely progress and effective communication with all stakeholders.


Job Responsibilities:

Take ownership of multiple project reviews, monitoring daily progress and resolving any blocking issues.

Collaborate with requesters and reviewers to clarify requirements and gather necessary information to advance project reviews.

Manage and track action items and next steps for each project, ensuring all milestones are met.

Communicate regularly with all stakeholders, providing updates, highlights, and addressing any concerns.

Deliver weekly reports on project status, achievements, and challenges.

Support multiple Privacy Program Managers, prioritizing tasks based on input from various stakeholders.

Manage project risks effectively, ensuring timely mitigation and escalation as needed.

Skills:

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a strong emphasis on stakeholder management.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively across multiple projects.

Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence others to accomplish goals.

Proficiency in Google Apps, Microsoft Office, and web browsers.

Preferred: Experience with data analysis and running ad hoc queries to manage large-scale projects.

Education/Experience:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science or similar field.

PMI or PMP certification preferred.

Experience in Privacy, Generative AI, or Risk Management is beneficial but not required.
