Financial Analyst - Up to $80,000 per annum plus benefits - Hialeah - Onsite


This is an opportunity for a Financial Analyst to join an established, owner managed organization in Hialeah on a permanent basis. The Financial Analyst position reports directly into the CFO and will play a key role in supporting the monthly close, process automation, reporting and monthly analytics. This role would be an ideal move for an individual who has a couple years' experience within finance but wants to develop and grow.


The salary on offer is $80,000 per annum plus benefits.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Supporting the monthly close process including review of the financial statements
  • Producing first draft analysis, commentary and reporting of financial performance to budget
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation through Excel, financial software and other packages
  • Complete monthly journal entries
  • Interpret financial data to recognize changing trends, patterns, and their meaning related to key performance indicators
  • Communicate financial insights suggesting business issues to management
  • Support the finance department with other tasks when required


To be considered for the position of Financial Analyst, applicants will:


  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance or equivalent experience
  • Have at least 2 years' finance experience
  • Be able to demonstrate strong Excel skills
  • Ideally have experience of automating or driving process efficiency through technology
  • Be willing to work onsite in Hialeah


This position has a clear progression and growth path which comes as a result of the organizations 5 year growth plan. The successful Financial Analyst, will play a key role in the automation of process, support the adaptation of new softwares and other projects.
