You will help foster a culture of collaboration, both locally and globally, while embracing innovative ways of working in an environment that prioritizes career advancement, wellbeing, inclusivity, and belonging.Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesAssist the project manager in overseeing all aspects of project development and execution, including budget management, schedule adherence, and quality controlEngage with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycleIdentify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project successSupport in reviewing, negotiating, and administering contracts with vendors and suppliersMaintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutesMonitor project financial performance, track expenses, and maintain accurate project budget recordsProvide support to the project team by coordinating meetings, preparing presentations, and assisting with project-related tasksRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or related field2-4 years of experience in project management or related roles within the real estate industryStrong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectivelyExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholdersProficiency in project management software and toolsExperience in managing small to medium-scale projects from initiation through completionKnowledge of real estate industry best practices and construction processesPreferred QualificationsProject Management Professional (PMP) certificationExperience working with commercial real estate clientsFamiliarity with sustainability and energy-efficiency practices in the built environmentAbility to travel for project-related meetings and site visitsDemonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a teamStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailExperience with stakeholder management in complex project environmentsEstimated compensation for this position: 85,000.00 100,000.00 USD per year. This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ.
