Quality Control Lead

The Quality Control Lead will leadthe daily QC flow, support the QC team and interact with other departments whenquestions arise, lead continues improvement and perform the regular QC techduties.

Our Quality department in Lebanon, TN is now looking for a Quality Control Lead.

Key Tasks

  • Prioritize workflow based on customer expectations.
  • Responsible for Visual Management Board reporting.
  • Be the main liaison between QC and other departments.
  • Lead continues improvement and standard work initiatives.
  • Performregular QC tech duties.

Your Background

  • High school diploma or GED, Associates degree or greater is preferred
  • Strong technical skills.
  • Interpersonal skills that foster a team environment.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills.
  • Effective analytical and problem-solving skills;applying these to daily operation and continuous improvement
  • ExtensivePermobil product knowledge
