Paragon Energy Solutions Paragon is seeking an Electronic Test Technician to join our team in our Fort Worth, Texas office  Requirements:Adhering to a strict quality control program (NQA1)Perform functional testing, inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of a wide variety of complex electronic componentsDesign, fabricate and implement test set ups to meet testing requirementsPerform failure analysis of various componentsPerform t, form, and function comparison analysis of replacement componentsDedication/qualication of commercially available components for safety related applications in nuclear utilitiesTesting and troubleshooting with digital oscilloscopes, digital multimeters, wave generators and assorted test equipment necessary to perform assigned tasksAdditional duties and tasks assigned by managementThe following are not required but are desired:Perform builds and repairs independently, familiar with the tools, MTE and equipment to be employed and shall have demonstrated proficiency in their usePerform component level repairsDemonstrate capabilities in basic fabrication techniques including resistance testing, cabling, and skills with manufacturing toolsPerform repairs on circuit boardsIPC Certification Qualifications:High school diploma required; Associate degree in electronics preferred5 years of prior experience in manufacturing testing required (military experience accepted)Able to communicate effectively across all functions of the organizationA high attention to detail with good documentation skills, and able to write legiblyProficiency in Microsoft Word and ExcelFollow safety proceduresHas time management, organization, analytical and problem-solving skillsProficient in basic computer skills (file organization, email, etc.)Proficient math skillsProficiency in using the following equipment: meters, Variacs, power supplies, megger, hi-pot, o-scope, soldering tools, and calipersBeing present, in the moment with a questioning attitude while being persistent with finding solutionsA positive attitude that is passionate about assembly and have commitment to producing high quality products  Why Paragon?At Paragon, our mission is to lower the carbon footprint through innovative nuclear programs that are safe, sustainable, and economical.
