Position/Title: Client Relations Coordinator
Department: Administration
Required Time Commitment: Full Time
Job Summary:
The Client Relations Coordinator will organize and coordinate office administration and procedures, to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and safety.
Essential Responsibilities/Job Functions:
- 8:30 am to 5:30 pm (one hour lunch) Monday through Friday
- calls timely, not miss any calls, and take/relay messages as needed.
- and distribute faxes.
- sort, and distribute/scan USPS mail and FedEx to each respective department.
- with Office Manager meetings.
- catering for all Committee, Board, Department, and miscellaneous meetings on and offsite.
- assist, and direct guests accordingly.
- setup and supply inventory.
- the reception TV with daily meeting information.
- an initial draft of the monthly VitalMD calendar.
- all Committee meeting reminders; one week and one day before each meeting date.
- Conference Rooms’ scheduling.
- support to the President.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- communication skills, both written and verbal
- in MS Office and Excel
- customer service/phone skills and professionalism
- office management or administrative experience. Knowledge of office management responsibilities and procedures
- time management responsibilities and procedures
- organizational and planning skills
- oral communication and interpersonal skills (bilingual)
