The Nurse Supervisor for the Telemetry Unit will assist the unit manager in the supervision, coordination, education, and management of nursing personnel. Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care.

  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required.
  • Registered Nurse licensure in the State of North Carolina.
  • National Certification in Nursing (required within 1 year of hire).
  • At least 2 years of experience in a related nursing area.
  • 1 year of experience in teaching and facilitation of learning.
  • Leadership experience preferred.
