Bookkeeper / Office ManagerTrinity Employment SpecialistsShift: M-F 8 am 5 pmPay: $55k - 60kOverview: Trinity Employment Specialists is hiring a Bookkeeper / Office Manager for one of our clients. This role focuses on bookkeeping using QuickBooks Online while also managing daily office operations and answering phones. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and comfortable supporting both financial duties and general administrative tasks.Key ResponsibilitiesBookkeepingMaintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks OnlineManage Accounts Payable: enter invoices, schedule payments, track vendor informationManage Accounts Receivable: create invoices, record payments, follow up on past-due accountsReconcile bank and credit card statementsProcess checks, deposits, and reimbursementsAssist with payroll or coordinate with a payroll providerPrepare basic financial summaries as neededKeep financial documents filed and organizedOffice ManagementAnswer and direct incoming phone callsGreet visitors and support daily office needsManage office supplies and coordinate with service vendorsOrganize documents and maintain filing systemsHandle mail, deliveries, and shippingAssist with scheduling, communication, and general administrative tasksQualificationsExperience in bookkeeping or an office manager/bookkeeper hybrid roleStrong proficiency with QuickBooks OnlineUnderstanding of AP/AR and basic accounting processesExcellent organization and attention to detailStrong communication skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)#MEDTRINITY EMPLOYMENT SPECIALISTS IS AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYERSee the great things people are saying by checking out our Google reviews, along with our Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, X/Twitter.
