Project SpecialistDrive meaningful change in healthcare as our Project Specialist, where you'll be the strategic force behind transforming Patient & Practice Solutions from concept to reality. You'll orchestrate dynamic projects that directly impact patient care, leading cross-functional teams through innovative test-and-learn programs while continuously optimizing workflows and processes. This role combines strategic planning, data-driven decision making, and stakeholder collaboration to deliver solutions that make a real difference in how healthcare is delivered. Candidates should be comfortable working remotely/work from home anywhere within the US.
Primary DutiesPlanning & Execution:Draft and manage project plans, timelines, and program documentationBuild and implement test-and-learn programs from concept to rolloutDesign processes, tools, and workflows to support operational excellence and potential program scalingDrive systematic workflow optimization and continuous improvement initiativesStakeholder Engagement & Communication:Serve as a liaison between key stakeholders, providing regular status updates on progress, risks, and opportunitiesOrganize and lead cross-functional (i.e. Product & Analytics) team meetings and facilitate project communication and document outcomesCoordinate stakeholder input and foster alignment on project goals and deliverablesEscalate issues and recommend solutions to Leadership when necessaryData Analytics & Reporting:Collect, organize, and analyze data and feedback to assess program impactSynthesize learnings and prepare comprehensive reports for stakeholdersAnalyze trends to identify efficiency and improvement opportunitiesTrack and report on project milestones, deadlines, and key performance metricsManage data requests and refreshes; Coordinate and oversee care listsOther duties as assignedMinimum QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Business, Project Management, or related field2-4 yrs.
Experience
in project coordinationAbility to work independently and collaborativelyStrong organization and time management skills with a focus on attention to detailStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong communication (written & verbal) skills; Ability to document and maintain SOP's/processes and clearly share data outputs with various audiencesProficient with Excel & Google Sheets; Experience with project management software (i.e. Monday.com and Salesforce) & BI/reporting tools (i.e. Tableau, Snowflake, and Power BI)Preferred QualificationsPMP CertificationExperience in the healthcare industryPhysical RequirementsProlonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computerWho We Are:Aledade, a public benefit corporation, exists to empower the most transformational part of our health care landscape - independent primary care.
