Plant Financial AnalystThe Plant Financial Analyst is responsible for supporting plant operations with accounting, administrative, and financial analysis needs. Works under general direction; exercises discretion and judgement on work priority on a regular basis; and requires a certain degree of creativity and autonomy to perform the job.Principal Duties and ResponsibilitiesFinancial business partner for plant managementP&L reporting and analysisLead weekly and monthly plant closing activitiesAd hoc financial reporting to support operational decision-makingAnalyzes inventory production reporting to ensure adherence to business processesReviews aged inventoryLead annual budgeting processLead monthly forecasting processAssist plant management with capital expenditures ROI analysisAudit physical inventory and administer cycle count procedures at the plantMonitor internal controlsPreventing fraud and safeguarding company assetsPerforms other duties as requiredQualificationsA Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or another business related major requiredWorking knowledge and understanding of accounting and finance practicesMinimum 1-3 years of experience in an Accounting/Admin positionExperience in custom manufacturing environment preferredCPA or CMA preferredConstruction accounting experience a plusWorking knowledge and proficiency in the use of computer and business related software, including Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, Outlook required)Proficiency with Excel and pivot table reportingProficiency in the use of the English language in reading, writing, and speakingDemonstrates great analytical and problem solving skillsDemonstrates ability to interact with all organizational levels and to maintain and safeguard confidential informationAbility to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlinesAbility to work hours mandated by managementAbility to travel 25%Ability to pass a drug testSalary Pay Range: $65,000 - $85,000 annually dependent on experience*pay range may be adjusted depending on cost of livingAnnual performance bonus opportunity based on Company and specific business unit ROI and PBOP achievement criteria and individual job responsibility and performance.Benefits currently offered to our employees:Medical insuranceHealth savings account with company contributionDental insuranceVision insuranceBasic and voluntary life insuranceDisability insurance401(k) plan with company matchPaid vacation and holidaysStock purchase program with employee discountEducational reimbursementWellness programs and challengesOther supplemental benefitsThe Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
