Job Summary:
As an Associate Wellness Manager at Ultra Cryo & Recovery you will support multiple office locations in driving revenue supporting branch operations and ensuring smooth daytoday functions. In this rotational role you will assist in engaging with leads generating community outreach and facilitating the daily operations across various wellness centers to enhance their efficiency and effectiveness. Your position will involve collaborating with Wellness Managers and coaching team members to achieve client acquisition sales and retention goals. You will play a key part in embodying our company values and mission to promote natural healing and wellness.

This fulltime position requires flexibility across all office locations (Lakeland Auburndale and Davenport) with a pay range of up to $18.00 per hour with commission and performance based bonuses. Working hours are 3540 hours per week Monday through Saturday.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive revenue by actively following up with leads selfgenerating leads and engaging with community outreach.
  • Manage daily operations of the wellness center to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
  • Train coach and oversee team members in performing tasks adhering to standards and achieving client acquisition and retention goals.
  • Act as a frontline service representative to resolve customer servicerelated issues and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Monitor and guide team members towards meeting and exceeding sales goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop offers and promotions that support sales initiatives.
  • Manage inventory and procurement of supplies ensuring adequate stock levels within budget constraints.
  • Facilitate training and development of team members to enhance skills and performance.
  • Other duties may be assigned.


Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service direct sales or related fields.
  • Bachelor s degree in business hospitality fitness wellness or related field preferred.
  • Positive outgoing and serviceoriented personality.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Persuasive and goaloriented with proven leadership experience.
  • Strong multitasking time management and organizational abilities.
  • Commitment to company values professionalism and code of conduct.
  • Proficiency in computer applications and software.

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, with a strong background in supporting C-level executives. Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with project management tools. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate needs and provide proactive solutions. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Flexibility to work varied hours and handle urgent tasks as needed.
