There are millions of trailers on North American roads - most of them operating completely analog, so the problem we're solving is big and impactful. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to own and scale our marketing function. This role is ideal for a hands-on marketing leader who thrives in a zero-to-one environment, balancing strategic vision with tactical execution and rapid iteration. Your Mission As our Digital Marketing Manager, your objective is to build and optimize our B2B marketing engine to drive awareness, generate leads, and support sales. You will execute the following core areas: Establish and Tune Our B2B Lead Generation Engine Execute demand generation strategies, leveraging digital marketing, content, and outbound campaigns. Optimize marketing funnel conversion rates, refining lead qualification and handoff processes with sales. Implement marketing automation tools Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics to track, measure, and improve performance. Develop, Test, and Implement Messaging & Content Craft compelling value propositions and messaging that resonate with fleet operators, OEMs, and supply chain stakeholders. Test content strategy by evaluating which messages resonate with audiences to connect and inform our GTM strategy. Develop and scale content marketing efforts, including blogs, case studies, whitepapers, and webinars, to educate and engage prospects. Optimize website performance and user experience (UX) to improve conversion rates and the customer journey. Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure consistent messaging across channels and customer touchpoints. Who You Are B2B marketing leader with 3-5 years of experience, preferably in IoT, SaaS, logistics, or supply chain technology. Proven track record of building demand generation programs in B2B that drive pipeline and revenue. Strong storyteller with experience developing and refining go-to-market messaging. Proven experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Salesforce and Google Analytics Hands-on operator who thrives in an early-stage, high-growth environment. Comfortable navigating and improving sales productivity tools (eg Salesforce, Apollo) while focusing on data. Excited to collaborate with your colleagues in-office at a minimum of 3 days / week Nice to have: Experience managing events (eg customer events, trade shows), driving measurable business outcomes.
