Physician, OB/GYN | Hudson, WI 0.8 FTE

HealthPartners is looking for BC/BE OB/GYN physician to join our team at Hudson Hospital and Clinic, just 15 minutes East of the Twin Cities. Being a part of our team means you will have an impact on the care that our patients receive every day.

As an OB/GYN with HealthPartners, you will be part of the largest multi-specialty care system in the Twin Cities. Experienced OB/GYN physicians as well as new grads are welcome to apply. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of clinical expertise, interpersonal skills, and a commitment to community-centered care. They will display compassion and empathy and recognizing the significance of addressing the emotional well-being of the patient. They will also possess excellent communication skills and collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team including nurses, support staff, and other specialists to ensure coordinated patient care. This individual will exhibit flexibility and adaptability to navigate the dynamic nature of a growing practice. Availability of Robotics (Davinci System) located right on the Hudson Hospital Campus.

PAY RANGE:
$250,000.00 minimum-$503,423.00 maximum based on a 1.0 FTE

PAY RANGE STATEMENT:
Compensation is based on the level and requirements of the role. Pay within our ranges may also be determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills, location, and abilities as well as internal equity. After the salary guarantee period, this position will be compensated based on work RVU productivity.
