Responsibilities include ensuring highstandards of patient care, mentoring veterinary teams, and developing hospitalprotocols that support compliance and client education. You'll collaborate with the Hospital Manager on financialperformance, staffing, and strategic planning—overseeing budgets, KPIs,scheduling, recruiting, and team development. You'll also drive initiativesthat enhance efficiency, innovation, and growth. Additionally, you'll support marketing and communityoutreach efforts, promoting client retention and practice visibility, whilefostering a culture of continuous improvement.
